RETURN Policy

Our policy lasts for one year. If one year has gone by from the time you placed your order, unfortunately we will not be able to offer you a refund or exchange.

If we mistakenly sent you the wrong Item, we will correct the error and send you the correct one upon proof of error. This can be proven by emailing us a photo of the item received. We will request that the item sent in error be mailed back to us and we will cover the cost of return shipping in such a case.

To qualify for a full refund, the item must have had a defect that rendered it unusable at the time of shipping or have contained a significant flaw as the outset that effects the function or use of the product in a way that hinders it from being used as advertised. Full refunds requests for such an item must be made known within 30 days from the date an order is received by the customer. If 30 days has elapsed, the item will be considered as an item that became unusable from normal use as explained below.

If the product becomes unusable from normal use within a years time, we will exchange it for free. We will ask for the used item to be shipped back to us prior to shipping out a new model. In such a case we will cover the shipping costs of the new item, but we will not cover the cost of the return shipping of the original item.

Normal use shall mean, use that is as advertised and as recommended. If the item is used in a way that is not recommended or instructed then then the product will not be eligible for exchange. If the product is purposefully damaged or used in a way that is not encouraged by the company, then the product shall remain ineligible for exchange or return.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer without prior consent from the company via email.

Once a returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange based on inspection to determine if the damage was caused by normal use, use that was not recommended, or by an during manufacturing or shipping. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping items valued over $30, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item as postal services occasionally make errors and shipments may be lost or misplaced. We will do everything in our power and control and make every effort possible to make sure your returns are received promptly.
